In the new film, Dakota Johnson plays the eponymous Madame Web. In the comics, Madame Web is a psychic who can see into the future. She aids Spider-Man numerous times throughout the comics, although her role as a hero or villain is still up for debate in the community.

The cast also includes Sydney Sweeney and Adam Scott. The former appears to be playing Julia Carpenter, the second woman to take on the role of Spider-Woman in the comics.
