Furious Strictly fans complain: “It’s not fair” as the show is hit with new corrections allegations for “giving contestants easy dances”.

STRICTLY Come Dancing fans have hit out at the show, sparking a new favoritism row.

The uproar erupted after the Blackpool dances were revealed and viewers were not impressed with Angela’s choice.

The journalist will present the American Smooth to Tea for Two by Ella Fitzgerald.

It didn’t go unnoticed that Angela, 79, didn’t dance any of the fast dances like Latin or Jive.

“Tell us exactly why has Angela R avoided most Latin dances?” one asked on BBC Strictly Instagram.

“What a surprise that Angela gets another slow dance,” wrote a second.

“When is Angela R getting a jive/samba/salsa?” asked another, while a fourth said: “When is Angela R getting a jive or samba??”

“The favoritism AR is receiving is disappointing,” groaned another.

Angela was chosen ahead of Krishnan Guru-Murthy and his partner Lauren Oakley in this weekend’s dance-off.

Fans were disappointed when Krishnan left the show, especially as he continued to improve as the weeks went by.

This means she will be performing at the Tower Ballroom in Blackpool at the weekend, having hosted Come Dancing there in the Eighties and Nineties.

A TV insider said: “The BBC have been praying for her to make it to Blackpool so they can celebrate her connections.

“But it didn’t go unnoticed that she was consistently saved.”

Viewers claimed there was a solution during Saturday’s show when judge Motsi Mabuse hinted she already had a place on next week’s show.

She told Angela: “I love seeing a dance where I can recognize the dance without the music, that is, your arms, your form, your posture saying, ‘This is a paso, and this paso is going to Blackpool , ladies and gentlemen’.” “

One fan on X, previously Twitter, wrote: “This is the first time I’ve thought Strictly could be a solution.

“I can’t understand why Angela R is still there?”
