Gary Neville reiterates his Premier League prediction and has two major concerns about Arsenal’s title contenders

GARY NEVILLE has reiterated his prediction that Arsenal will win the Premier League this season.
The Manchester United legend first made the claim after treble winners Manchester City suffered a shock defeat to Wolves in September.
And although he still believes Mikel Arteta and his team will lift the trophy at the end of the season, the former defender has raised some concerns that could see them drop out of the title race.
Talk about the Stick with football Speaking on the podcast, Neville said: “I think Arsenal can win the league this season.”
“Although we started slowly, the football will come, the football we saw from them last season.”
“The fact that they started a little slower is never a bad thing in my opinion, they sit at the back of the field.” [top].
“My concern at Arsenal is a centre-forward that I like.” [Gabriel] Jesus and [Eddie] Nketiah, but for me they are number two and three, they need a number one.
“But I think when football comes, and that could come after Christmas in March, which is the right time, they could be the opposite of last season – a slightly slower start and a stronger finish.”
Arsenal are currently in third place in the Premier League table, just one point behind leaders Man City.
The Gunners have only lost one game so far this season – against Newcastle after a controversial VAR decision.

Arteta criticized the officials and VAR after the game, calling them an “absolute disgrace”.
However, PGMOL boss Howard Webb insisted earlier this week that the right decisions were made throughout the game.
