President Joe Biden referred to “President Harris” in a viral video while speaking about his Vice President Kamala Harris on November 13, 2023.
“President Harris is there to make sure we get this right.” Biden said in the videowhich you can see below.
The comment came as a top Democratic strategist raised questions about Biden’s age. According to a Politico article Biden highlighted the concerns, calling Democratic strategist David Axelrod, who recently made critical comments about the president, an “idiot.”
Biden is 80 years old. Former President Donald Trump, who leads Republican candidates in the polls, is 77. Trump had his own gaffe on video when he confused Biden and former President Barack Obama during a campaign stop. according to Newsweek.
According to Fox NewsBiden has referred to Kamala Harris as president on at least six other occasions.

“The 2023 Stanley Cup Champions, Vegas Golden Knights,” Biden said in a longer version of the video before making the comment about Harris.
This video shows Biden flanked by the athletes. According to the Associated PressBiden welcomed the athletes to the White House on November 13, 2023. He also “joked about ignoring his declining poll numbers in Nevada and thanked the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights for their role in helping the city recover from the 2017 mass shooting,” AP reported.
“Showing up for the victims’ families, survivors and first responders — in fact, your championship ring honors them,” Biden said, according to the AP. “The diamonds on your rings form a star: the same star on the banner you raised to honor the 58 people who died that day. You are something else.”
According to the AP, the players also had a private meeting with Biden and Harris.

According to Fox NewsIn January 2022, Biden also referred to Harris as “President Harris.” At the time, he was “speaking about voting rights for Atlanta University Center Consortium students on the campuses of Clark Atlanta University and Morehouse College,” Fox News reported.

In his latest faux pas, Trump referred to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on Saturday, November 11, 2023 and said: “They interviewed him [Orbán] two weeks ago and they said, ‘What advice would you give to President Obama?’ The whole world seems to be exploding and imploding?’ It’s very easy. He should resign immediately and be replaced by President Trump, who has kept the world safe.’”
