A 60-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman were arrested in Florida last week after they were allegedly caught having sex “completely naked on top of each other” in front of a group of people – including children – on a street dam.

Robert B. Clarke and Sara Fazekas, who allegedly told police that it had “always been a dream” of hers to have sex on the elevated roadway, were taken into custody Friday evening in connection with the alleged lustful incident charged, court records show.

Clarke was charged with one count of lewd or lascivious exposure, a second-degree felony. Fazekas was charged with one count of exposure of sexual organs, a misdemeanor, and one count of possession of clonazepam, a highly addictive prescription drug used to treat panic attacks.

According to an affidavit filed by Clarke, he is accused of intentionally masturbating and exposing his genitals by “having fully nude sexual intercourse” in the presence of two children, ages 9 and 15.

Deputies with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office responded to “multiple calls” around 9 p.m. on Nov. 10 that Clarke and Fazekas were allegedly having sexual intercourse “on the side of the Dunedin Causeway.” When they got there, officers said they found Clarke “lying on his back with no clothing around him and his penis completely exposed.”

“After being taken into custody and questioned about the incident, the defendant showed no remorse that multiple juveniles had witnessed this act,” officers wrote in the affidavit. “He explained that the children should be at home and not on the dam.”

When asked what they saw, one of the victim’s parents told officers that they saw “crack to sack on the way into town.”
