The Baldur’s Gate 3 cosplayer slays the role of villain Orin the Red

A Baldur’s Gate 3 fan shared an impressive Orin cosplay that captures the breakout character’s beautiful and menacing demeanor.
Baldur’s Gate 3’s deep and fascinating characters bring the Sword Coast to life with their stories and personalities. Other than that, however, they simply shine with some excellent designs.
Cosplayers are already drawing inspiration from Larian Studios’ massive RPG, and even some of the game’s voice actors are joining in on the fun.
However, one of the best looks yet is inspired by a character you might not expect: the villain Orin the Red.

Reddit user Buffmiffy shared the stunning Orin look, made all the more impressive since it’s the first time they’ve created a cosplay from scratch. Buffmiffy credits YouTube tutorials with helping with the project.
The cosplay perfects Orin’s iconic red outfit, along with her long blonde braid, solid white eyes and various accessories. The makeup also brings to life the distinct skin details along the changeling’s face, arms, and chest.

As for the dagger, says Buffmiffy This was 3D printed with the “machined” stone as it was missing from the STL file.

The cosplayer’s hard work was definitely worth it, as the Baldur’s Gate 3 community seems to be quite impressed with the great attention to detail of the look.
“This is probably the coolest BG3 cosplay I’ve ever seen! And I’m shocked that this is your first time. “You did great!” said a commentator.

Another took it a step further and literally offered himself to Orin saying“Yeah, just go ahead and take me as your victim.”
Baldur’s Gate 3 was just nominated for eight game awards, including Game of the Year. Aside from that and the highly anticipated Xbox port scheduled for later this year, Larian’s RPG shows no sign of stopping – which is promising for those hoping for even more impressive fanworks like this Orin cosplay.
