The shocking truth about how thick your favorite coffee is – some contain as much sugar as 14 chocolate chip cookies

Want a sweet drink? Shocking statistics show that a third of all drinks served in coffee shops exceed sugar consumption guidelines.
The NHS recommends adults consume up to 30g of added sugar.
But the charity Action On Sugar found some products that were double or triple the price.
Too much sugar can lead to a higher risk of health problems such as heart disease and cancer.
Here Josh Saunders compares some offenders to a McVitie’s Milk Chocolate Digestive, which contains almost 5g of sugar.
