In the early 2010s, the young adult dystopia genre permeated the book and film world. One of the biggest and best successes of this time was “The Hunger Games,” a film series based on the books by Suzanne Collins.
The popular franchise, which catapulted lead actress Jennifer Lawrence to stardom, follows Katniss Everdeen, a teenager living in a war-torn district who is chosen to take part in a life-and-death battle against other children.

The films were a staple of culture in the decade in which they were released, and with the prequel film soon hitting theaters, many fans are wondering where they can tune in to watch their favorite tributes battle .
Where to stream all Hunger Games movies?
You can currently watch four of the Hunger Games movies using the Peacock app.
“The Hunger Games,” “Catching Fire,” and “Mockingjay Parts One and Two” are available to stream on both Peacock and Hulu. However, you need a Live TV subscription tier to watch it on Hulu.

The Hunger Games synopsis states: “In a dystopian future, the totalitarian nation of Panem is divided into 12 districts and the Capitol. Each year, two young representatives from each district are selected by lottery to participate in the Hunger Games. Part entertainment, part brutal retribution for a past uprising, the televised games are broadcast across Panem.

The 24 contestants are forced to eliminate their competitors while the citizens of Panem watch. When 16-year-old Katniss’s young sister, Prim, is chosen as the female representative for District 12, Katniss volunteers to take her place. She and her male counterpart Peeta face off against bigger, stronger representatives, some of whom have trained for this their entire lives.”
The upcoming Hunger Games prequel film “The Ballad of Songbirds and Serpents” will tell the backstory of Coriolanus Snow, who becomes Panem’s president and later nemesis of Katniss in the original trilogy.
